Brandi Grissom

Brandi Grissom began as a Service Coordinator at Essential Services LLC in 2023, pairing Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with clients. She then transitioned to working with the Public Relations Team in 2025 as Community Engagement Coordinator. In this role, she assists with a variety of content creation projects. She also coordinates gatherings that encourage engagement and networking, specifically for those who support individuals with I/DD.
