Brad Willard joined the Essential Services LLC team in January 2020, as a Direct Support Professional. He had been in the care-providing field for several years previously. As a Direct Support Professional, he was instrumental in helping clients learn the life skills that have attributed to their ability to be more independent in their daily living. His combined skills as a Direct Support Professional, sales, customer service and his desire to see people with intellectual and developmental disabilities have the opportunity to increase their quality of life, has contributed to his position as Public Relations at Essential Services LLC.

As Public Relations, Brad is responsible for continuing to educate others in counties throughout Oregon of the vision of Essential Services LLC, which is: Help other Direct Support Professionals learn how to set the standard in quality care and help provide clients the ability to integrate in the communities in which they live.
