Branden Walters

Compliance and Implementation Manager

Branden Walters joined Essential Services LLC as a Payroll Specialist in August, 2022 bringing with him an extensive background through his other jobs and experiences in the intellectual and developmental disability field. In February, 2023 Branden became our Compliance and Implementation Specialist and then became our Compliance and Implementation Supervisor in December, 2023. In this role he works with our Compliance Specialist, Direct Support Professionals, clients, and case managers to see that all care regulations are in compliance with the State of Oregon while ensuring that these regulations are maintained throughout the year on various timelines.

Branden brings a passion for accuracy and customer service to Essential Services LLC. His desire is to help further the goals of Essential Services LLC by assisting clients navigate their own path in life. As our Compliance and Implementation Supervisor, he is able to have a direct impact in the lives of clients and their families through quarterly progress reports to check in and ensure that everything is going well while completing support documents to help our Direct Support Professionals set the standard in quality care.
