Ronica Dennison joined the Essential Services team in July 2022 as a member of the Human Resources Team; in September 2022 she became the Human Resources Manager.

Ronica brings a varied background to the Essential Services team. She has owned her own businesses and worked for various companies providing customer service, training and management. She has a passion to help others and to find a solution to their situation that will help them to grow into their fullest potential. Her mission is to see that our Direct Support Professionals receive the training and support needed to provide on-going care for our clients with excellence. It is her belief that to provide support for our Direct Support Professionals, each of the administrative staff members will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge through seminars and courses. Together, Direct Support Professionals and the Administrative Staff will continue to provide our clients with excellent care.
