Stacy Hinton joined Essential Services in June 2024 as a Training Specialist. Stacy brings with her extensive customer service and managerial experience, including 8 years working with the I/DD community in group home settings. Outside of the office, Stacy is an instructor at multiple fitness centers. She is also a wife and mother to two children; her oldest has Down Syndrome and the biggest heart around, while the youngest is full of energy, just like Stacy!

As a Training Specialist, Stacy ensures that all federally & state mandated trainings are completed by Essential Services staff each year. Stacy’s goal is to create a positive environment, while understanding that everyone learns differently and at a different pace. She welcomes communication, honesty, and questions from all staff working on training. She believes that this work is life changing for both DSPs and clients and encourages everyone to remember that the good days will always outweigh the bad!
