Veronica Silva-Garcia joined Essential Services LLC as a Payroll Specialist in September, 2022. Her position directly supports Direct Support Professionals and Administrative Staff by verifying schedules, assisting with various software programs, and maintaining accurate client records.  

Having been in the customer service field for multiple years, Veronica brings an expertise to the Payroll Specialist team and works to see that the needs of both clients and staff are met. She respects and admires the work that is needed in caring for those with intellectual and/or development disabilities and she focuses on making a difference. Her moto is, “Together we can accomplish many things and succeed as a team.”
