Crystal Coleman joined Essential Services as a Payroll Specialist in December of 2023. Over the last 25 years, she has worked in a variety of positions in Healthcare, Administrative Support, and Accounting. After receiving her diploma from Forest Grove High School, she attended Mt. Hood Community College and studied Health Career Foundations, followed by CNA training, and currently holds an RMA certification through AMT.

During her experience, she has developed great detail-oriented, organizational, and analytical skills that help play a key part in the payroll team department dynamic. With a smile and a positive attitude, she tackles complex payroll processes with precision and creativity. She thrives in a collaborative environment and believes teamwork is key to achieving smooth payroll operations. Whether it’s answering your questions with clarity, resolving discrepancies, or implementing innovative solutions, she wants to make your payroll experience a breeze.
