Andrew Freeman joined essential services in October of 2023 as a part of the Service Coordinator team.
In the Service Coordinator role, he personally meets with clients, their families and potential employees to get to know their interests and personalities to formulate lasting connections. He aims to work diligently to ensure that all individuals within the community have their needs met with the highest level of care.
Andrew’s background is primarily in the customer service and technology industry. He brings strong communication, team building, and leadership skills to the company while building solid connections with everyone he works with. Andrew’s passion has always been getting to genuinely know people and finding how to best support them. It’s his goal to empower others with compassion and to support their personal growth.
