Brandi Grissom has been a Service Coordinator at Essential Services LLC since April, 2023. She works to pair Direct Support Professionals with clients, looking to create matches that will result in lasting relationships and meet clients’ practical needs. She does that by personally meeting with clients, their families, and potential employees to get to know individual personalities and specific interests.  

Brandi brings with her six years of community and classroom-based experience working with individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. She spent the bulk of those years as an art instructor in a day support program setting and continues to enjoy seeing clients find ways to express their creativity.
