Maryssa Myers joined Essential Services as a Direct Support Professional in August 2022, within this position she assisted clients with becoming more independent with their daily living and getting involved within their community.

In December 2023, Maryssa joined our Compliance and Implementation team. Within this role, she works alongside out clients, Direct Support Professionals, and case managers to ensure that all the care regulations are following the State of Oregon requirements.

Maryssa’s experience and background includes working with people of the intellectual and developmental disability community and as a paraprofessional in Behavioral/Life Skills classroom settings while also having a master’s degree in special education. Maryssa hopes to positively impact those that she encounters as well as making a difference in their lives.
