Grace Kilgore has been a Service Coordinator at Essential Services LLC since July 2023. She works to pair Direct Support Professionals with clients, looking to create matches that will result in lasting relationships and meet clients’ practical needs. She does that by personally meeting with clients, their families, and potential employees to get to know individual personalities and specific interests.

Grace has 3 years of mental health related & classroom-based experience working with children and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Grace is grateful to work for an agency that she can share her compassion and empathy by being present for her clients and DSP’s. As well as being an advocate and a genuine support system for those she works with. One of Grace’s goals is to continue to make positive impacts and long-lasting connections through all her work. She continues to enjoy her passions through all her work at Essential Services.
