Kayla Brown joined Essential Services as a Direct Support Professional in September 2022. In her
position as a DSP, she assisted clients in becoming more independent and involved in the
community. She has a passion for empowering people to achieve their highest potential and
happiness.
As a Service Coordinator she works to pair Direct Support Professionals and clients, looking to
create matches that will result in lasting relationships and meet clients’ needs. She does this by
personally meeting all incoming clients and DSPs to learn about each person’s personality and
individual interests. It’s her goal as a Service Coordinator to provide personable and quality care
to every person she meets.
