Kayla Brown joined Essential Services as a Direct Support Professional in September of 2022 and has since expanded her skills and experience across three positions within the organization. By March 2023, she transitioned into the Service Coordinating department and, in January 2024, moved into the Human Resources department as a Human Resources Specialist.

In her role as a Human Resources Specialist, Kayla is dedicated to hiring exceptional Direct Support Professionals to care for our clients. She does this by meticulously screening and interviewing candidates, seeking individuals who are passionate about this field and who share our core values. Kayla’s mission is to provide support and guidance to new DSPs. She takes great pride in contributing to the strong culture and core values at Essential Services.
