Suzette Flores began working at Essential Services as a Payroll Specialist in March, 2023, and in September, 2023 she became HR Assistant. She believes that working at Essential Services is beneficial to the community as it pertains to the well-being of our clients, who become our family. She is passionate about her role, and strives to help meet the needs of both our clients and staff as best that she can. Suzette is precise, efficient, work-oriented and hard working. She focuses on the time sensitive projects and finishes in a timely manner. She works well with her team, and is always ready for the next challenge.

Suzette graduated from Life Christian Academy and received her high school diploma. She then got into the customer service field for a few years. She took some time off after having her little boy, Remington. After a few months, her passion for helping others needed to be filled.  So, here she is, doing what she loves with the best team and the best leadership.
